INSPIRATION
A desolate yet beautiful land stuck by the force of an apocalypse, emptied, barren and at times scary. Dust flows across a desert strewn with fallout shelters while smoke lingers in low-hanging clouds.
INTERPRETATION
This is an avant-garde take depiction of a mesmerizing apocalyptic scene, though both pieces could be easily changed to accommodate a wearable, Contemporary look that could be sold at a reasonable price point. Sleeve cutouts emulate cylindrical shelters, while skirt depicts a desert lanscape, complete with crests, valleys, and wind texture left in the sand. Sands also lends an excellent color palette for this look.
